ITEM 1:  BIAS IN MEDIA
STEREOTYPE

The cartoon is based on a stereotype among doctors: their handwritings are illegible. Therefore in this cartoon, the teacher of a medical school advises his student to write with his other hand in order to make his handwriting looks more like a doctor's.

ITEM 2: BIAS IN POLITICS
ASSUMPTION

The Chinese military colonel assumed that the H7N9 flu virus was created and released by the USA in order to create chaos and disorder in China. However, his statement is not based on any reliable evidence but his personal ideas. Therefore, this is only an assumption.

ITEM 3: BIAS IN RESEARCH

In this research, the scientists only experimented on a very small sample: 51 people, therefore their conclusion is not persuasive enough, and it is just an assumption.

Personally I think in the second item excepts for assumption obviously realised, scapegoating is also used here, it is easy to find out in the title of the article.
I agree with you about item 1 and 3.

  5. hi ha
i like your picture and i agree with your analysis :the teacher of a medical school advises his student to write with his other hand in order to make his handwriting looks more like a doctor's.
item 2: because "sĩ quan Trung Quốc tố Mỹ tạo ra virut cúm H7M9" is a factual action so i think scapgoating bias is used in this case.
    item3: i agree with you
